Three new detached dwellings on the old market garden site  built in a ‘Traditional Contemporary’ style, meaning that they have to subtly blend  into the already well established street scene of Dee View Road but still have contemporary features and up to date features that make them desirable.

The development took place after a great deal of input from the Local Planning Dept., who were keen not to have a ‘throwaway’ appearance and demanded individual and interesting design for the properties This included slate roofs and hand-made brick elevations along with plinth details, this along with part render, helped the development blend into Dee View Road.
