This is quite a controversial proposal in Mount Road, Tranmere, which is an area consisting of moderately high density 1930’s – 1940’s semi-detached dwellings. The proposal is to demolish a large detached dwelling, and to re-develop the site to incorporate a block of 8 apartments.

Claughton Firs, Oxton
Claughton Firs is set in the Conservation Area at the heart of Oxton Village, one of the oldest and most distinguished suburbs of Birkenhead, dating back to the early 19th Century. This prestigious development of 9 apartments has been designed in the style of an early 19th Century terrace. The frontage only shows two entrance doors; the others are situated at the rear of the property.

Garrick Avenue, Moreton
Housing Development

This housing development of 7 detached houses, 3 mews houses and 4 flats, occupies a quiet cul-de-sac, which in turn is off a cul-de-sac. The rear of the development enjoys open land, with a brook running along its length. The 3D visuals show how the detached houses might look as you enter Garrick Avenue. Completed images added.


Brixton, London
Apartments & Nursing Home

Our brief was to design a residential development that incorporated both standard and affordable flats, but also to include facilities for a nursing home. With this in mind, we designed a scheme that would incorporate the use of several blocks allowing for flexible design and block usage. Attention was made to overall massing of the development because the existing site is already extremely varied in building heights and sizes.


Hicks Road, Waterloo, Liverpool
Housing Development
This four-storey six-bedroomed house is situated in a residential suburb of Liverpool. Due to its size, the previous owners were unable to maintain it to its full character. Our client bought the property and asked us to convert it into 8 self contained apartments.

Hillside Avenue, Huyton

Huyton is an established residential and commercial district within 15 minutes drive from Liverpool City Centre. This development is situated in an area which is now ready for redevelopment and improvement.


Chatham Road & Canterbury Road, Rock Ferry
Housing Development

This project is a new terraced development of 2 two-bedroomed houses, and 6 three-bedroomed houses located in Rock Ferry, Merseyside. This development has been designed to offer affordable accommodation to the local community, whilst rejuvenating the locality.
